Note: Orders containing more than one item are assigned a particular processing period depending on the specific product.

Returns

The inventory is always changing, and is not completely managed by us because of the involvement of many parties including the factory and our warehouse. The levels of stock can change at any given time. It is possible that your order may be out of stock after the order has been placed.

Our policy is valid for 30 days. If it's been longer than 30 days since the date you made your purchase and we're unable to offer you a complete refund or exchange.
